At Smilbite, we want your cakes to arrive fresh, beautiful, and perfectly on time. Please read our delivery guidelines below:

Advance Booking
All deliveries must be scheduled at least 4 days in advance. This allows us to carefully plan production and ensure the highest quality for your order. Last-minute delivery requests may not be accommodated.

Delivery Availability
Delivery is available within selected areas. Please provide your full address when ordering so we can confirm availability.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our location. The exact fee will be provided at the time of booking.

Delivery Timeframes
We offer delivery within agreed time windows. While we do our best to be punctual, slight delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Handling & Responsibility
Once the order has been delivered and accepted, Smilbite is no longer responsible for any damage. Cakes are delicate products and should be handled with care.

Contact on Delivery Day
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time. If no one is available, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
